Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that order dated 22.11.2018 passed in W.P.(S) No. 3984 of 2017 has already been complied and a reasoned order has been passed.
In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the opposite parties, no case for contempt is made out as the order of this Court has already been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
Resultantly, instant cont. application stands disposed of.
