Counsel for the opposite parties submits that a supplementary show-cause has been filed in this case wherein it has been stated that the order of this Hon’ble court passed in F.A. No.36 of 1994 dated 01.11.2012 and C.M.P. No.342 of 2013 has already been complied. Accordingly, he submits that the present proceeding be dropped.
2. Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submissions made by the counsel appearing for the opposite parties.
3. Considering the submission made, the proceeding in Contempt Case (Civil) No.29 of 2015 is hereby dropped.
4. Pending Interlocutory applications, if any, are dismissed as not pressed.
