Apprehending her arrest, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 603 of 2018 registered under Sections 323/325/379/504/506/354 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner and for the selfsame occurrence, the husband of the petitioner has also instituted a case against the informant of this case basing upon which Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 604 of 2018 has been instituted. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to co-operate with the Investigation of the case and is also ready and willing to pay ad interim victim compensation to the informant without prejudice to her defence, hence, this petitioner be given the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The learned Addl. PP opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, in the event of arrest by the police or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of this order, the petitioner shall be released on bail on depositing Rs. 2,000/- by way of demand draft drawn in favour of informant as ad interim victim compensation and furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st class, Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 603 of 2018 subject to the

condition that the petitioner will co-operate with the Investigation of the case and will appear before the Investigating Officer as and when noticed by him and the other conditions laid down under section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.

In case of depositing aforesaid demand draft by the petitioner, learned court below is directed to issue notice to the informant and release the demand draft in his favour on proper identification forthwith.
