02/08.11.2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to move before the court below, as some witnesses have already been examined in this case.
Learned A.P.P. has no objection to the said prayer.
In view of above prayer, instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the court below and the court below will consider petitioner’s prayer for bail without being prejudiced that the petitioner has approached this Court on earlier occasions.
