The petitioner is an accused in a case under sections399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 15(1-b)/A(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and has not committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
In view of the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after one year if the trial is not concluded within one year
