In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to deposit Rs. 3,000/- each in the account of Advocates’ Sports Club, Jharkhand High Court bearing Account no. 495810110005600, Bank of India, Jharkhand High Court Branch, IFSC Code: BK1D0004958 latest by 18. 12.2019 and submit receipt of aforesaid deposition of amount before the learned court below on the date of their surrender. Accordingly, above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of Sri N.R. Lakra, Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 190 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 3367 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Petitioners are directed that they will not threat / intimidate the informant in future and if they are found in doing so, the informant will be at liberty to file interlocutory application for cancellation of bail of the petitioners before this Court through learned counsel. The petitioners are directed to deposit photocopy of aadhar card and their mobile number before the learned court below on the date of their surrender.
