Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing an offence punishable under Sections 366A, 120B of the IPC.
Earlier on16.8.2018 the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merits.
Victim is aged about 14 years. Her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C in which she has supported the prosecution case and has not yet been examined in this case as a witness.
In view of the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Mahgama P.S. Case No. 33 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 391 of 2018 (S.T. No. 115 of 2018, pending in the court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-II, Godda stands rejected at this stage.
