Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing an offence punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of the IPC.
Earlier on 25.9.2018 the case of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.5.2018.
It is alleged that petitioner and others transferred money electronically from account of other persons. Thus, it is clear that petitioner has involved in siphoning money from the account of other persons.
