Heard, learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials brought on record. Since the parties are agnates and there is a case and counter case between the parties and both sides have sustained injury, which appears from the material collected during investigation that has been recorded in the case diary, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail, so far petitioner no.1 Hannan Sk. @ Abdul Hanna, petitioner no.3 Vasim Sk and appellant no.4, Amruddin Sk. are concerned. The petitioners namely, petitioner no.1 Hannan Sk. @ Abdul Hanna, petitioner no.3 Vasim Sk and petitioner no.4, Amruddin Sk are directed to be released on bail in the event of their surrender/arrest within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rajmahal, in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 344 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
