this case that and submitted that, Jai Kumar Jain being the husband is not entitled for grant of anticipatory bail.

Perused the materials brought on record. Considering the matrimonial nature of criminal case coupled with fact that father-in-law and mother-in-law aged about 82 and 80 years have been made accused in the present case, the petitioners of ABA No. 5789 of 2018 are entitled for grant of anticipatory bail and in the event of their surrender/arrest within four weeks from today, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection with

Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner, however the State Counsel is present.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted, that the present petitioner is the husband of the informant though the informant has been noticed by this Court but she has not put her appearance.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, let the case be listed after two weeks so as to give another chance to the opposite party no.2 to appear before this Court to arrive an amicable settlement between the parties.
