It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said order shall be complied within three weeks’ from today.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and averment made in para Nos. 5 to 10 of the instant CMP, W.P.(S) No.1948 of 2016 is restored to its original file, with the condition that the order dated 20.10.2016 passed therein shall be complied within three weeks’ from today and a cost of Rs.2,500/-( Two Thousand Five Hundred only) is paid by the petitioners in favour of the Member Secretary, JHALSA, Ranchi, within a period of two weeks’ and receipt to that extent is filed within one week thereafter.
Accordingly, the instant C.M.P. stands allowed with the direction as above.
