03/ 05.07.2019 This C.M.P. has been filed for restoration of S.A.No.127 of 2013, which stood rejected on 11.03.2019 for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 25.02.2019.
Sufficient cause has been shown in paragraph No.3 of the instant C.M.P. application explaining the reason for non-compliance of the peremptory order. This Court having been fully satisfied with the cause shown and having no objection from the Respondent-State is inclined to allow the C.M.P.
