Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner, who is cousin brother-brother ( Mausera Bhai ) of the deceased, was interfering with the work of the company namely Saksham Samvad Private Limited and without informing the deceased, became the Director of the said company with one percent share. It is also alleged that the petitioner was misbehaving with the employees and was not resigning from the directorship of the said company and he misappropriated Rs.10,000,000/- of the company. Drawing attention of this Court towards Annexure-3 at page-23 of the brief, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other co-accused persons with similar allegations have already been given the privileges of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.06.2018 passed in A.B.A. No.287 of 2018 consequent upon the investigating officer informing the co-ordinate Bench of this court that the informant is not co-operating in the investigation of the case. It is submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are all false and there is no authenticity of the alleged suicidal note. It is next submitted that the petitioner has not done anything to constitute the abetment of the suicide of the deceased. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate with the investigation of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be given the privileges of anticipatory bail.
