Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with C.P. Case No. 1576 of 2017 registered under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations against the petitioner are false and those are general and omnibus in nature. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to resume his conjugal life with the opposite party no.2 hence, the petitioner be given the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The learned Addl. PP opposes the prayer for anticipatory

Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, in the event of arrest by the police or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of this order, the petitioner shall be released on bail on satisfying the trial court that he has taken the opposite party no.2 to his house and he is keeping and maintaining her with full dignity and honor as lawful wife and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with C.P. Case No. 1576 of 2017 subject to the condition that the petitioner will continue to keep and maintain opposite party no.2 with full dignity and honor as

lawful wife along with the other conditions laid down under section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
