The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that for the dispute regarding the raid conducted by the officers of the Jharkhand Electricity Board in the petitioner’s company M/s Hariom Smelters Pvt. Ltd., of which the petitioner is one of the directors, the company has filed W.P.(C) No. 7505 of 2013 and a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court directed that the said company to deposit Rs. 1,50,00,000/- with the Jharkhand State Electricity Board. It is further submitted that the loss amount has been wrongly calculated and the same is subject-matter of W.P.C No. 7505 of 2013 which is still sub-judice. It is then submitted that consequent upon the order in W.P.C No. 7505 of 2013 the said company has deposited all the current electricity bills and the connection has been restored to the said company. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner, by drawing the attention of the Court at paragraph 5 of the supplementary affidavit, submits that the Board has taken the factor ‘L’ of the industry as 4500KVA which would have been 3000 KVA and because of that such huge amount of excess withdrawal of electric energy has erroneously been calculated and the actual loss amount is Rs.
