The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations against the petitioner no. 1 is that he prepared a false marriage certificate by deceiving the informant and obtained her and her two brothers’ signature in the guise that they were witnesses of a sale deed and by virtue of the said marriage certificate, the petitioner no. 1 pressurized the informant to co-habit with him and when the same was protested by the father of the informant, the petitioners abused the father of the informant. It is then submitted that the allegations against the petitioners are all false and in fact, the marriage between the petitioner no. 1 and the opposite party no. 2 has been solemnized before the marriage officer, Hazaribagh, copy of which is kept at page 25 of the brief. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners also undertake not to annoy or disturb the informant in any manner during pendency of the case and will not insist to cohabit the informant with the petitioner no.1.
