Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Itki P.S. Case No.128 of 2015 (G.R. No. 7021 of 2015) registered under sections 406/420/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. P.P. for the State.

The Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with his father entered into an agreement with the informant and took Rs.13,00,000/- for selling the land situated at Nagri village but instead of selling the said land to the informant, the petitioner transferred the said land in the name of his wife and till date the petitioner is neither executing sale deed in favour of the informant nor returning back the money taken by him at the time of agreement. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations against the petitioner are false. It is next submitted that the alleged agreement was entered into between the father of the petitioner and the informant in March, 2012 and the complaint was filed only on 03.10.2015 and upon the same being forwarded to the police under section 156(3) Cr.P.C., F.I.R. was registered on 02.12.2015.
