The present application has been filed for restoration of W.P. (S) No. 2933 of 2015, which stood dismissed for noncompliance vide order dated 22.01.2016.
For the reasons assigned in the restoration application, the C.M.P stands allowed and W.P. (S) No. 2933 of 2015 is restored to its original file subject to removal of defects, as pointed out by the Office in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the C.M.P stands disposed of.
