18/ 22.11.2019 Mr. Pankaj Kumar, learned A.P.P. files an affidavit on behalf of the State. The affidavit suggests that general direction given by this Court on 5th of July, 2019 are being complied with by all the Jail Authorities.
This affidavit has been sworn by Inspector General (Prison), Jharkhand, Ranchi.
I am satisfied with the affidavit filed by the State.
In view of the said affidavit and since the pairavikar has sought apology, I am not proceeding in this matter any further, but, direct the pairavikar to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with the Advocates’ Association, Jharkhand High Court and furnish receipt of the same by filing a supplementary affidavit within two weeks.
B.A. No.1689 of 2018 stands disposed of. All these cases
need not be listed further before the Court.
