The petitioner is accused in connection with Dumka (Town) P.S. Case No. 158/18, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 805/18 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 394, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The other similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.02.2019 in B.A. No. 9650 of 2018. No TIP has been conducted. The investigation is complete and charge-sheet has been submitted. The petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2018.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Dumka in connection with Dumka (Town) P.S. Case No. 158/18, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 805/18.
