State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 108/2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 1329/2018 registered under section 394 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Daltonganj at Palamau.
It has been submitted that the petitioner has a criminal antecedent and he is also a habitual offender.
Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Hence, the present bail application is, hereby, rejected.
