Petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S.
Case No. 1 of 2019 arising out of NCB Crime No. 04/NCB/Ranchi/2019.
It appears from the allegation that 756 kg. of Ganja was recovered which was concealed in a vehicle. The petitioner was apprehended at the spot.
Regard being had to the fact that huge quantity of Ganja was being transported and the apparent involvement of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
