The petitioner is aggrieved of order dated 27.03.2017 by which the application for amendment in the plaint has been rejected by the appellate Court.
This writ petition was filed on 08.05.2017 and thereafter when it was listed on 21.06.2017 and 09.10.2017 no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ petition. Not only that, this writ petition has remained defective for more than one year.
In view of the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
