It transpires from the record that on 27th November, 2017, none had appeared and it was made clear that if the case was not prosecuted on the next date, it shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution. Since today, none has appeared on repeated calls, even in second round. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
