This Civil Review application has been preferred for review of an order passed by this Court in L.P.A. No. 68 of 2015 which was decided on 4^th April, 2016 (Annexure-2 to the memo of this appeal).

Having heard counsels for both the sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that now House Rent Controller-cum-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ranchi has already passed final order in Jharkhand Building Control Case No. 78 of 2016. This order is dated 18^th November, 2016 and hence, these applicants have to

challenge the said order in accordance with law before appropriate Forum. We also conveyed by the counsel for the respondents in this Civil Review Application that they have also challenged this order before this Hon’ble Court.

In view of these facts, we see no reason to review of the order which is passed in L.P.A. No. 68 of 2015 dated 4^th April, 2016. Hence, this Civil Review Application is hereby, dismissed.
