Mr. V.K.Tiwary, learned counsel Mr. Ajit Kumar, J.C. to Mr. A.K.Sahani representing the private opposite party were present. The matter was adjourned by way of one indulgence taking note of the fact that revision is of the year 2008 to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to appear on the next date. However, it appears that petitioner has lost interest in the matter since today also there is no representation on his behalf.
Accordingly, the revision is dismissed for non-prosecution.
