08/3.8.2018 From the status report, it appears that in Cr.M.P. No. 1509 of 2010, criminal proceedings against the petitioner in connection with OCR No. 03 of 1997 has already been quashed by order dated 13.03.2013. This application has been filed for restoration of Cri. Misc. No. 14808 of 1998(P), which was with respect to the prayer made by the petitioner for quashment of the entire criminal proceedings in connection with OCR No. 03 of 1997.
Since it appears that OCR No. 03 of 1997 has already been quashed by this Court so far as petitioner is concerned, nothing survives in the present application, which is, accordingly, disposed of as being infructuous.
