08/18.01.2019 Seen the letter dated 20.12.2018, from which it appears that the informant as well as the two Investigating Officers namely Vishnu Prasad Singh and Jeetendra Singh are yet to be examined and therefore a prayer has been made by the learned trial court to extend the period for conclusion of trial for a further period of two months.
In view of the aforesaid, therefore, the period of conclusion of trial is extended for a further period of two months from today.
