In terms of order dated 24.08.2018, the required report has been received.
From perusal of report dated 18.09.2018 submitted by Dinesh Kumar Mishra, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa, it appears that petitioner has deposited Rs. 6600/- as arrears of ad interim maintenance from November, 2017 to September, 2018 on 05.09.2018 and the same has been released in favour of opposite party no. 2 namely, Khairun Bibi vide order dated 06.09.2018.
It appears that the instant case has been filed for modification of order dated 20.07.2017 passed in A.B.A. No. 1802/2017.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
I find no cogent ground for modification of the order dated 20.07.2017 passed in A.B.A. No. 1802 of 2017, whereby petitioner was ordered to pay Rs. 600/- per month to the opposite party no. 2 as ad interim maintenance.
Accordingly, Cr.M.P. No. 747 of 2018 is dismissed.
