Learned counsel for the State submits on the basis of the instruction contained in letter no. 1090/xzk0fo0fo0iz0 dated 19.12.2017 Pakur issued by the Executive Engineer, Rural Development Special Division, Pakur addressed to District Diary Development Officer, Pakur that remaining admissible dues of Rs. 4,09,871/- has been paid on line in favour of the petitioner's agency on 18.12.2017. Learned counsel for the State has produced a copy of the same, which is also taken on record and served also on the counsel for the petitioner. He submits that order has been complied with, therefore, opposite party should be absolved from the charge of contempt.
Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the State, which stands unrebutted by the counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition is disposed of and proceedings are dropped.
