Learned counsel for the State submits by referring to the show cause filed on 20.11.2017 by the opposite party no. 4 that reasoned order has been passed in compliance of the direction passed in the writ petition, which is at Annexure -A dated 14.11.2017 vide Memo No. 284 as per which the claim of the petitioners is not found to be tenable.
Having regard to the aforesaid facts and the show cause filed, the instant contempt petition is disposed of and proceedings are dropped. Petitioners, if so aggrieved with the reasoned order, are at liberty to assail it in appropriate proceedings.
