8/21.12.2018 This contempt case has been listed suo motu by this Court after detecting that there is some typographical error in the order dated 06.12.2018.

It appears that in the order dated 06.12.2018 in second line of para-2 and in the penultimate paragraph the case number of writ petition as well as the date of disposal has wrongly been typed as W.P.S No. 974 of 2018 and W.P.S. No. 974 of 2017, disposed of on 28.06.2018 in place of “W.P.S. No. 974 of 2016, disposed of on 28.06.2016”, which need to be corrected.

In that view, the order dated 06.12.2018 is modified to the extent that in second line of para-2 and in the penultimate paragraph the case number of writ petition as well as the date of disposal be read as “ W.P.S. No. 974 of 2016, disposed of on 28.06.2016 ” in place of ‘W.P.S No. 974 of 2018 and W.P.S. No. 974 of 2017, disposed of on 28.06.2018’.
