The present contempt case has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties, alleging noncompliance of the order dated 13th December, 2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.5343 of 2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 13th December, 2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.5343 of 2017 has substantially been complied with by the opposite parties.
In view of the said submission, I see no reason to proceed further in the matter. The contempt proceeding, as initiated against the opposite parties, is hereby dropped.
The contempt case stands disposed of.
