Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that the Commission has already struck out the answer to question no.4(b) and also evaluated the answer to question no.9 of the examination, which was the subject-matter of the writ petition, out of which the present proceeding arises. The result, according to the learned counsel for the alleged contemnor, has also been published.
Mr.Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that evaluation has not been done in the manner in which it was supposed to be. But that issue can be the cause of action for a fresh proceeding. So far as complaint of willful disobedience of the order of this Court is concerned, we are satisfied that compliance has already taken place. Let the contempt proceeding be dropped.
