Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for the offence punishable under Section(s) 15(C) of the NDPS Act, in connection with Tamar P.S. Case No. 45/2018, corresponding to NDPS Case No. 18/2018, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, Ranchi.
Since 100 Kg of doda was recovered from possession of this petitioner, I am not inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected .
