Heard the counsel for the parties.
The petitioner is an accused for the offence punishable under Section(s) 363, 366A, 376(1) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 of the POCSO Act, in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No. 59/2014, corresponding to POCSO Case No. 39/2018 (G.R. NO. 303/2014), pending in the Court of learned District and Addl. Session Judge-I, Chatra.
The informant was kidnapped by the petitioner and others. The victim was recovered and her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she stated that the petitioner was also present in the Bolero vehicle by which, she was kidnapped.
