Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing an offence punishable under Sections 427 of the IPC and Section 3/ 4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 17(i) (ii) of the CLA Act.
Impugned order suggests that petitioner was an absconder.
Since petitioner was an absconder, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Dhalbhumgarh P.S. Case No. 12 of 2010, corresponding to G.R. No. 129 of 2010 (S.T. No. 257 of 2013), pending in the court of learned ADJ, Ghatsila stands rejected at this stage.
