This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of Civil Revision No.03 of 2017 which stood dismissed on 01.11.2017 for noncompliance of the order dated 04.10.2017.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have a good case and if this civil miscellaneous petition is not allowed and Civil Revision No.03 of 2017 is not restored to its original file, the petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss and injury.
3. Heard. Being satisfied with the grounds made in the supporting affidavit, this civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed and accordingly, Civil Revision No.03 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original file.
