1. On repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. It transpires from the record that on 22.07.2016 none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner before the Lawazima Board of the Joint Registrar (Judicial) however, two weeks' time was granted for removing the defects, but the defects were not removed and the matter was placed before the Lawazima Board of the Registrar General on 19.08.2016. That on 19.08.2016 none had appeared however, two weeks' time was again granted for removing the defects. Even after lapse of nearly two years, defects have not been not removed.
3. Today also none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner on repeated calls neither the defects have been removed. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case, hence this revision application is, hereby, dismissed for non-prosecution.
