Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing an offence punishable under Sections 379/411/413/34 IPC in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No. 871 of 2017 (G.R. No. 3586 of 2017), pending in the Court of learned CJM, Hazaribag.
This is a case of stealing motorcycle. From the friends of this petitioner stolen motorcycle was recovered. It has been disclosed that this petitioner was also involved in committing theft of motorcycle.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2017 and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.
In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Hazaribag in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No. 871 of 2017 (G.R. No. 3586 of 2017).
