The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471. 120B and 34 of the IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the present case is a counter blast case of complaint case no. C/1-330/17.
Learned APP as well as O.P.No.2 have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has been arrested in some other case, however learned counsel for the petitioner has no knowledge about the said fact.
In view of the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
