The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 98/2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 481/2017, the case registered under Sections 272,273,290 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, rather large quantity of Foreign liquor was recovered from the house of Disco Tiu and Purno Chandra.
Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for bail.
Keeping in view the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and also considering the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within Four Weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 98/2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 481/2017, in connection with ACJM,West Singhbhum, Chaibasa, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
