This application has been filed for modification in address of petitioner nos.1 to 4 and for correcting father's name and address of petitioner nos. 6,7,9,12,13 and 14.
2. The writ petition is supported by an affidavit of petitioner no.1. In this application modification in respect of not only others, the petitioner no.1 is also seeking a liberty to correct his own address. After a counter-affidavit was filed in the writ petition on 19.11.2010, no such permission can be granted to the petitioners. Not only that such a wide-ranging modification should not be permitted.
3. Viewed thus, I.A. No.1315 of 2012 is dismissed and consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed however, with liberty to the petitioners to prefer a fresh writ petition with correct address and parentage.
