the petitioner for modification of the order dated 5.9.2017.
It appears that in the second line of last paragraph of the order dated 5.9.2017, in stead of vehicle no. JH 10T/9351, vehicle no. JH 10 T/9354 has wrongly been mentioned.
In view of the above, order dated 5.9.2017 passed in Cr. Revision No. 769 of 2017 is modified to the extent that whereever vehicle no. JH 10 T/9354 has been mentioned, the same shall now be read as JH 10T/9351.
Order dated 5.9.2017, passed in Cr. Revision No. 769 of 2017, is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
