06/17.08.2017 A show cause has been filed today enclosing the reasoned order dated 8.8.2017 passed by the opposite party, Managing Director, Mineral Area Development Authority, Dhanbad indicating the total admissible dues of Rs. 13,70,276/- payable under different head to the petitioner in compliance of the directions of this Court. In view of the weak financial condition of M.A.D.A, admissible dues are to be paid in installments of Rs.50,000/-. Petitioner may file objection, if aggrieved with the computation of the amount within a period of 15 days.
In view of the show cause filed, the contempt petition is disposed of and proceedings are dropped.
