7/17.8.2017 Opposite party nos. 2 and 3 have filed their show cause. Opposite party no. 3 has enclosed the reasoned order dated 11th August, 2017, whereunder an amount of Rs. 1 Lakh has been determined as compensation on account of damage to the house/residential premises of the petitioner in the extremists violence. The Cheque of Rs. 1 Lakh is being handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of the Court in favour of the petitioner vide Cheque no. 141750 of State Bank of India, Chatra dated 11-08-2017.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of compensation towards movable articles which are subject matter of F.I.R being Pratappur P. S. Case No. 67/2009 have not been ascertained.
Considered the submission of the parties and the show cause filed. This Court is satisfied that sufficient compliance of the order has been shown by the opposite parties concerned. In that view of the matter, contempt petition is disposed of and proceedings are dropped.
