Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties and
perused the documents on record.
The petitioner has been made an accused in Murhu P.S.
Case No.07 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 34 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under sections 302 and 34 of I.P.C.
The petitioner is the mother of Seema Oreya who was married to Sahid Alam- the deceased. Contending that she had no role in the alleged offence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the course of investigation no incriminating material has been collected against the petitioner. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.03.2017.
Opposing the prayer for bail, the learned APP submits that the petitioner was opposed to intra-religion marriage of her daughter and the deceased and her family members had threatened to kill the deceased- son of the informant.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner namely, Shoshan Mukta, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with Murhu P.S. Case No.07 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No.34 of 2017.
The instant application is allowed. Let a copy of the order be transmitted to the trial Court through 'Fax'.
