This is the second attempt by the petitioner.
Petitioner has been made an accused in Jagannathpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2013 which was registered for the offences under Sections 302/201/34 I.P.C
During the trial almost all the witnesses except, investigating officer and doctor were examined when the application for bail by the petitioner in S.T. No.252 of 2014 was declined.
In the above facts, it would be not proper for this Court to entertain this application for grant of bail (refer “Rajesh Ranjan Yadav Alias Pappu Yadav Vrs. CBI through its Director” reported in (2007) 1 SCC 70). The instant bail application stands dismissed.
