It appears that under order dated 05.10.2017, the matter was referred to the Member Secretary, JHALSA and mediation report reveals that the parties have agreed to resolve their marriage and the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 5,50,000/- to O.P. NO. 2 by way of permanent alimony.
Further, it appears that under order dated 07.11.2017, the parties were directed to appear physically for ascertaining the terms and conditions as per agreement.
Today, O.P. No. 2 is physically present along with learned counsel but petitioner is not physically present though counsel for the petitioner is present and has submitted that the petitioner lives at Bangalore and due to some exigency, today, the petitioner is not physically present.
By way of last chance, list this case on 11.12.2017. On that date both the parties are directed to remain physically present before this Court. Further, the petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 10,000/- to the O.P. No. 2 as diet and travelling allowance on the next date of hearing.
Till then interim relief granted earlier shall continue.
