The petitioner submits that his period of service from 29.12.1987 to 18.3.1988 has not been verified by the authority, as he was kept waiting for posting during the said period, for no fault on his part. He submits that this period has to be verified and the salary of this period, after verification, should be paid to him.
During the course of argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ application, the petitioner has not been paid his salary till January, 2016.
So far the unpaid salary to the petitioner is concerned, it is expected that the respondents will pay the same at the earliest, if there is no other legal impediment.
So far the verification of the service of the petitioner from
29.12.1987 to 18.3.1988 is concerned, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that all the formalities for the said purpose has already been completed but no order has been passed.
In view of the aforementioned submission, I direct the petitioner to file a representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Sahebganj, respondent no.4 ventilating his grievance within two weeks. He will look into the matter and pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of.
